Private work with Zlata

You know you’re capable of more. The hard part is seeing where that “more” belongs.

Should I stay in my role, or start looking?
Why do I keep feeling underused, even when I change companies?
Is entrepreneurship right for me, or an escape?
Why do I keep delaying the move I say I want?

Sometimes you don’t need more insight. You need someone outside the pattern to see what you can’t see from inside it.

What a session finds

The problem you’re trying to solve may not be the problem keeping you stuck.

You think

“I need a different company.”

We may find

The role itself keeps putting you where your strongest qualities are drained.

You think

“I need to make more money.”

We may find

You’re under-positioning a combination of strengths that would be worth more in a different role.

You think

“I should start a business.”

We may find

You need more autonomy and ownership. Entrepreneurship is one way to get that, not the only one.

The method may say: “you hide behind complexity.” A person can notice: “I’ve asked you three times what you want, and each time you’ve explained another layer of the system.” That is what a session is for.

How we work

We work with one real situation at a time.

  1. We start with the situation as you see it.

In a 30-minute call I listen for what you believe the problem is, what you want, where you feel blocked, and what you have already tried.

  2. Then I do my synthesis.

I combine what you told me with my diagnostic system and look for the pattern, contradiction, blind spot or structural mismatch that is affecting the situation.

  3. In a 75-minute working session, we look from another angle.

Why the obvious reading of your problem may not be the real issue, and which blind spot is activated. Imagine a kitchen drawer that won’t close. You keep rearranging everything inside it. Again. And again. Then someone else walks around it, checks underneath, and finds the obstruction isn’t inside the drawer at all. That’s the perspective I’m interested in. Together we translate what we see into a different course of action.

  4. You receive a written synthesis and an action map.

What is driving the situation, which pattern is activated, and the move to test. You decide what to try.

  5. Two weeks later, a 20-minute follow-up.

What you tried, what happened, and what that tells us about the pattern.

Aaro Mind gives us another angle. It doesn’t make the decision. Neither do I. You do.

Why Zlata

Intuition and structure, on one real problem.

I built Aaro Mind to give structure to a way of seeing I had been using instinctively for years. In a session, I bring the part that’s harder to systematize: listening, questioning, intuition, and noticing what’s happening in the conversation itself.

I’ve been through my own version of this. A strategy career that ran on KPIs and data, a way of thinking that never fit it, and a reading that named the conditions I work well in and the ones that quietly take me apart. That distinction, between a strength and the environment that drains it, is what Aaro Mind is built to find.

I’m opening a small number of founding sessions of the Professional Pattern Diagnostic while I refine the live practice behind Aaro Mind. Not every situation is a fit, and I may ask for candid feedback afterward. Pricing and practical details come with your invitation, before you commit.

Before you begin

Room for
your questions.

Reflective personal-development work. Not therapy or a psychological assessment.

All questions
Is this career coaching?

Not exactly. The work happens before or alongside traditional career strategy. It focuses on understanding the patterns, strengths, fit and internal dynamics shaping a professional decision. It is not résumé work, interview coaching, salary negotiation or job-search strategy, and if you need a recruiter or a coach afterwards, this work makes clearer which.

What does it cost?

Pricing is shared after acceptance or invitation, before you commit. Applying does not book a session or commit you to payment.

Will you tell me what job I should do?

No. The goal is not to prescribe a job title. The work clarifies the kinds of roles, environments, responsibilities and ways of working that fit you better, names the ones that look right but tend to cost you, and helps you evaluate concrete options. These are fit hypotheses to test, not placements.
